Ready Stance: Standing at "A", Facing "B" in Ready position

1. Turn left, low block left hand, step and outside-inside block with right hand.

2. Turn 180 degrees right, low block right hand, step and outside-inside block with left hand.

3. Turn 90 degrees left, low block left hand, outside-inside block right hand (step out), step and outside-inside block left hand, step and punch with right hand.

4. Turn 270 degrees left, knife hand middle (left hand in front), backstance, step and outside-inside block right hand.

5. Turn 180 degrees right, knife hand middle (right hand in front), backstance, step and outside-inside block left hand.

6. Turn 90 degrees left, low block left hand, step and right hand temple strike, step and left hand temple strike, punch right hand and yell.

7. Turn 270 degrees left, low block left hand, step and outside-inside block right hand.

8. Turn 180 degrees right, low block right hand, step and outside-inside block left hand.
