Movements - 7

Ready Stance: Standing at "A", Facing "B" in Ready position

1. Turn left, high block left hand, right leg high front kick, punch right hand.

2. Turn 180 degrees right, high block right hand, left leg high front kick, punch left hand.

3. Turn 90 degrees left, low block left hand, knife hand middle (right hand in front), high block with left hand, punch with right hand and yell.

4. Turn 270 degrees left, high block left hand, right leg high front kick, punch right hand.

5. Turn 180 degrees right, high block right hand, left leg high front kick, punch left hand.

6. Turn 90 degrees left, fists low (block), left hand in front, inside-outside block (right hand in front), outside-inside block (left hand in front), step and punch right hand and yell.

7. Repeat steps 1 and 2 (Turn 270 degrees left first).
