Movements - 13

Ready Stance: Standing at "A", Facing "B" in Ready position

1. Turn 90 degrees left, double forearm block, uppercut right hand up below left arm, step sideways with left foot and knifehand strike left hand.

2. Turn 180 degrees right, double forearm block, uppercut left hand up below right arm, step sideways with right foot and knifehand strike right hand.

3. Move left foot 90 degrees up so that you are in a backstance facing the front, knifehand block middle, front kick with right foot middle, kwansu with right hand in right front stance (after kick, right foot lands in front stance).

4. Pull right kwansu hand (entire kwansu. behind the back on the right hand with the back of the hand against the back, spin 180 degrees to the left, extend left arm to form a backfist block, in a right front stance, step forward with right foot and punch with right hand. Yell.

5. Turn 270 degrees to the left, double forearm block, uppercut right hand up below left arm, step sideways with left foot and knifehand strike left hand.

6. Turn 180 degrees to your right, double forearm block, uppercut left hand up below right arm, step sideways with right foot and knifehand strike right hand.

7. Move left foot 90 degrees up so that you are in a backstance facing the front, knifehand block middle; front kick with right foot middle, kwansu with right hand in right front stance (after kick, right foot lands in front stance).

8. Turn 90 degrees left in a riding horse stance and uppercut motion with right arm straight up, bending elbow so that elbow strikes. Elbow ends up pointing straight forward, and left hand is facing palm down right under the right elbow.

9. Turn 270 degrees left in a left front stance, left arm extended in front with a backfist block, step forward with right foot into a right front stance, punch with right fist and yell.

10. Turn 270 degrees left in a riding horse stance, left arm low blocking at left side.

11. Move left foot to a left front stance facing the left and punch with right hand at the same time.

12. Move left foot to your right to form a riding horse stance and low block with the right arm at right side.

13. Move right foot to a right front stance facing the right and punch with left hand at the same time.
