Movements - 24

Ready Stance: Standing at "A", facing "B".

1. Slide left foot forward and assume a front stance. Simultaneously execute a spreading low block with both hands.

2. Execute a high right front kick. Land in a right front stance and execute a spreading middle block with both forearms.

3. Execute a high left front kick. Land in a front stance and execute a double fisted high X block.

4. Execute a high right side kick with a right punch. Land in a back stance with a right double knife hand block.

5. Pivot on the right foot 270 degrees landing in a back stance facing 3 o'clock. Execute a left outside middle block.

6. Pivot on the ball of the right foot into a left front stance and execute a high right reverse punch.

7. No stance change, execute a left rising block.

8. Execute a high right side kick with a high right punch landing in a back stance with a right low double knife hand block.

9. Pivot on the ball of the left foot and shift into a right front stance with a left reverse middle punch.

10. Pivot on the left foot 180 degrees into a back stance facing 9 o'clock.

11. Execute a right outside middle block.

12. Pivot on the ball of the left foot into a right front stance. Execute a left high reverse punch.

13. Execute a right rising block (no stance change).

14. Execute a left high side kick with a left high left punch. Land in a back stance with a left low double knife hand block.

15. Pivot on the right foot into a left front stance with a right middle reverse punch.

16. Pivot on the right foot 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Land in a left front stance facing 6 o'clock and execute a double fisted low X block.

17. No stance change, execute a high double fisted X block.

18. No stance change, execute a high right reverse punch (Kihap)

19. Pivot on the ball of the left foot 360 degrees landing in horse stance. Chest is facing 9 o'clock while your looking at 12 o'clock. Execute a right low block.

20. Pivot on the ball of the right foot and shift into a left front stance facing 6 0'clock. Execute a left knife hand strike at neck level.

21. Execute a right out to in crescent kick striking the palm of your left hand. (The left hand turns thumb up exposing the palm to the kick.. Land in horse stance and simultaneously execute a right elbow strike to the left palm. Your chest is facing 3 o'clock.

22. Slide both feet a half step to your right ( 6 o'clock). Resume a horse stance and simultaneously execute a right high side block and a left low block. You are looking towards 12 o'clock.

23. Slide both step another half step toward your right and assume a back stance. Execute a left double knife hand block facing 12 o'clock.

24. Pivot on the right foot and shift into a left front stance towards 12 o'clock. Execute a right middle reverse punch. (Kihap)
